As per a 91Mobiles report, a Xiaomi smartphone with the model number M786BC has appeared on Geekbench 7, and the listing is associated with the Redmi K100. The device scored 2,705 points in the single-core test and 9,885 points in the multi-core test.
The listing also reveals that the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with an Adreno 830 GPU and 16GB of RAM. The processor features two cores clocked at up to 4.32GHz and six cores running at up to 3.53GHz.
The Geekbench entry also indicates that the phone runs Android 17 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 4 interface. These details suggest that the Redmi K100 will offer flagship-level processing power, although benchmark scores alone do not tell us how the phone will perform during extended gaming sessions.
What we know so far
Redmi has confirmed several details about the K100 ahead of its launch. The smartphone will feature a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 3,500 nits. The high refresh rate should make scrolling and compatible games feel smoother, while the claimed brightness could help with outdoor visibility.
The phone is also expected to feature a dedicated D2 gaming chip designed to improve gaming performance. Redmi claims the K100 can support a 165Hz refresh rate in more than 40 games, while frame interpolation can help deliver smoother visuals in additional titles.
Another major highlight is the 10,000mAh silicon-carbon battery. According to the available specifications, the phone will support 100W wired fast charging and 27W reverse wired charging. The large battery capacity could be super useful for people who play games for long periods or use their phones heavily throughout the day.
For photography, the Redmi K100 is tipped to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree field of view. On the front, it could have a 20-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
Other reported features include dual stereo speakers tuned by Bose and up to 512GB of internal storage, although Redmi is yet to confirm the complete specifications.
The Redmi K100 is scheduled to launch in China on October 28, 2026. The smartphone is already available for pre-order ahead of its debut, and reports suggest that the base model could start at around CNY 3,500 (approximately $525).
