Shiva Sharma, 28, who owned a cafe in Lucknow, allegedly fell from the balcony of an apartment building in the Balu Adda area of Hazratganj on October 9.
The case was initially treated as an accidental death. However, it became a suspected murder investigation after Sharma’s family alleged that he had been assaulted and tortured before being thrown from the building.
Police have booked Dubey, her sister Rashmi, their driver and two other people in connection with the suspected murder.
Dubey has denied involvement in Sharma’s death. In an interview circulated on social media, she claimed that Sharma died by suicide because of financial distress and alleged that he was struggling with debts of Rs 15 lakh to Rs 20 lakh. She also said CCTV footage would establish what happened.

🚨 BREAKING: ‘Lucknow Model’ Shraddha Dubey Arrested!
Shraddha Dubey, accused of murdering her businessman boyfriend Shiva Sharma, has reportedly been arrested in Nagpur.
Her sister and co-accused Rashmi Dubey, along with driver Tanveer Ali alias Danish, were also arrested in a joint operation by the UP STF and Nagpur Police.
