One of Bollywood’s most adored couples, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, are known for their electrifying chemistry both on and off screen. On one occasion, Deepika revealed a hilarious incident in which she had to stitch Ranveer’s torn pants in the middle of a party.During her appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show, Deepika recalled a funny incident from a music festival in Barcelona. The actress, known for her role in Piku, shared that Ranveer was wearing a pair of loose-fitting pants that tore while he was dancing with his usual energy.Recalling the incident, Deepika said, “He was wearing some loose pants and was doing some strange dance steps. Suddenly, his pants ripped.”Coming to her husband’s rescue, Deepika took a needle and thread out of her bag and stitched his pants while the party continued around them.“So I was like, ‘Wait.’ I took a needle and thread out of my bag. Everyone was dancing, and in the middle of the party, I was stitching his pants,” she recalled.Ranveer and Deepika tied the knot in Italy in 2018 after a long courtship. Their wedding took place in two ceremonies: a traditional Konkani-style wedding followed by an Anand Karaj ceremony.The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Dua, on September 8, 2024. They became parents for the second time on September 19, 2026, when they welcomed another daughter.Over the years, Ranveer and Deepika have worked together in several films, including Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela (2013), Bajirao Mastani (2015), Padmaavat (2018) and 83 (2021).
