Now the Election Commission has solved this problem for Bihar elections, due to which the transparency of the elections will be maintained and the religious sentiments of Muslim women will not be hurt.

During the press conference, the Chief Election Commissioner gave clear instructions that Anganwadi workers will be deployed at every booth. These Anganwadi workers must be known at the local level. It will be their responsibility to identify women wearing burqa. The maids will check their ID and if they suspect anyone, they will remove the burqa and check the voter.

- Do not try to incite caste or communal sentiments.
- Permission will have to be taken to hoist the flag or banner.
- Do not try to disrupt meetings or processions.
- Do not hold meetings near temples or mosques.
- Asking for votes near polling stations is a violation of rules.
- Candidates will not be allowed to escort voters to the polling station.
- Giving inducements to vote is also against the rules.
- Candidates and their activities will be monitored 48 hours before voting.
- Flags and posters will not be put up around the polling stations.
