Mythri Movie Makers has announced a new project, #MythriInLove, a new-age romantic entertainer that brings together a promising team of fresh talent.
The film was officially launched today with a grand pooja ceremony. Ganta Srinivasa Rao handed over the script to the makers.
Sahu Garapati and Archana formally initiated the shoot by switching on the camera, while Nandini Reddy sounded the clapboard. Sowmya Yerneni directed the auspicious first shot.
Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar, #MythriInLove explores the quirky dynamics between a boy and a girl, blending romance, humour and family drama.
The makers also unveiled the first-look poster, introducing the fresh pairing of Jai Jasti and Medha Meka.
Capturing a tender moment, the poster shows Medha embracing Jai from behind and gazing at him affectionately. Their endearing chemistry creates a romantic vibe and makes the new pair one of the key highlights of the film.
Prithvi Vanam, who earned recognition for directing popular web series such as 30 Weds 21 and Middle Bench Ravi, makes his feature-film directorial debut with this project.
Mahesh Babu P of Andhra King Taluka fame is associated with the film as its creator, while Sai Harsha, son of lyricist Ramajogayya Sastry, is composing the music.
Jai Jasti, who studied Filmmaking and Business Economics, makes his acting debut as the male lead. He has experience in sound, editing, screenwriting and theatre arts.
He also worked as an assistant director under Anil Ravipudi on Gaali Sampath and F3, besides gaining experience through independent film projects.
Medha Meka, daughter of Srikanth Meka and Ooha Meka, is also making her acting debut with the film.
For Mythri Movie Makers, the project reflects the banner’s continued interest in encouraging emerging talent and backing films driven by fresh ideas.
With an enthusiastic young team, a contemporary romantic premise and a fresh lead pair, #MythriInLove is shaping up to be an interesting addition to the romantic-entertainer space.
