IPS Puran Kumar shot dead with sound proof service gun
Initial investigation has revealed that IAS Y Puran Kumar had instructed all the security personnel posted at their bungalow to go out of the house before committing suicide. After this, he reached the Basement area of his house and sat on a chair for some time. Then shot in the head with his sound proof gun. Even after being shot, this voice was not heard by anyone. The police is investigating the CCTV cameras installed in and around the house. Also, it is being ascertained who was in the house when this incident happened.

Who was AdGP Y Puran Kumar of Haryana
Please tell that Y. Puran Kumar was a 2001 batch IPS officer of Haryana cadre. He was born on 19 May 1973 in Andhra Pradesh. He also took a diploma of management from IIM Ahmedabad after engineering from Computer Science. After this, prepared for UPSC. She was scheduled to retire on 31 May 2033. He was currently posted as Inspector General at Police Training Center (PTC), Sunaria, Rohtak. Puran Kumar was counted among the fastest transit officers of Haryana. He was so honest that he had questioned even the officers of his own state.

Amneet P Kumar, wife of ADGP Y Puran Kumar, is also an IAS officer of Haryana cadre. At present, Amneet P Kumar is the Secretary of the Civil Aviation Department of Haryana Government. Puran Kumar lived with his younger daughter and wife in Kothi, number 116 of Sector 11 of Chandigarh. His elder daughter is studying abroad.
