Dil Raju Eyes Ramayana for Telugu States?

Noted producer and distributor Dil Raju is reportedly planning a major comeback in film distribution after facing setbacks with several releases this year. With box office returns falling short of expectations, the veteran industry figure is now looking towards big ticket projects that could restore his momentum in the Telugu theatrical market.

The much anticipated Ramayana, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash, has emerged as a potential opportunity. According to industry buzz, Dil Raju is exploring a major distribution role for the epic in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. However, the reported agreement and the exact distribution terms are yet to be officially confirmed.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra, Ramayana is planned as a two part cinematic adaptation of the Indian epic. Ranbir Kapoor plays Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi portrays Sita, and Yash takes on the role of Ravana. Sunny Deol and other prominent actors are also associated with the ambitious production.
