and have welcomed their second baby, a boy named Roman Augustus.
The 34-year-old model and her running back husband, Christian McCaffrey, announced in a joint post shared on Saturday, Oct. 10, that they had welcomed their son on Sept. 29.
“Heart is exploding,” the model added in an Instagram Stories post. The couple already has a daughter, Colette, born in July 2025.
And before baby Roman’s arrival, Culpo had her birth plan all ready to go, the way she would deliver baby No. 2 after giving birth to Colette in July 2025.
“The plan is I’m having a C-section because I had a C-section in July last year,” “So having a VBAC [Vaginal Birth After Cesarean] wasn’t an option.”
“I scheduled [the delivery] on a day where Christian has a slightly easier [schedule],” she added in regard to her NFL player husband. “Basically, it’s on an off day for him, so he’ll be able to come just for the birth. And then aside from that, he’ll have to go back. So it’s gonna be different than my first birth.”
Culpo and McCaffrey announced their family would be expanding on her 34th birthday in May.
“Best birthday gift ❤️ Baby #2 coming soon 🥹,” Culpo captioned a joint Instagram post featuring photos of the couple on a picnic with their daughter and their dog.
The duo later posted a video showing the moment they found out Culpo was pregnant and how they told their family.
“There’s totally a shift,” she said about motherhood during an episode of podcast. “Whether or not you want there to be or not, you have somebody that’s physically dependent on you. So I’m not going to sugarcoat it. Yeah, it’s scary.”
“We tried to keep this quiet for as long as possible, but apparently word travels fast,” Culpo wrote on her Instagram Story at the time. “I’m marrying my best friend, I love you so much, fiancé.”
