Mahindra has rolled out October offers across several of its SUVs, with the biggest listed benefit reaching Rs 1.5 lakh on select Scorpio N variants. The discounts cover the Scorpio N, outgoing Thar 4WD, XUV 3XO, Scorpio Classic and XUV400 EV, while the Bolero and Bolero Neo get exchange and corporate benefits.
The headline Rs 1.5 lakh figure is not available on every Scorpio N variant. It applies specifically to the Z8L and Z8T 4WD automatic and consists of Rs 1.25 lakh in cash discount and accessories worth Rs 25,000.
The corresponding Z8L and Z8T 2WD automatic versions get a much smaller package of Rs 75,000, made up of Rs 50,000 cash and Rs 25,000 in accessories.
Scorpi-N Gets The Biggest Cash Benefit
For anyone considering the higher Scorpio N variants, the 4WD automatic deal is clearly the strongest offer in Mahindra’s October scheme. A Rs 1.25 lakh cash discount is meaningful because it lowers the actual transaction price rather than relying mainly on accessories or an exchange bonus.
The 2WD automatic versions receive only Rs 50,000 in cash, so buyers should not assume that advertisements mentioning Rs 1.5 lakh apply across the Z8 range.
Mahindra is also offering benefits on the Scorpio Classic. The base Classic S gets Rs 15,000 cash plus accessories worth Rs 20,000, taking the total to Rs 35,000. The higher S11 gets Rs 25,000 cash and Rs 20,000 in accessories, for a total benefit of Rs 45,000.
Thar Offers Mainly Target Older Stock
The pre-facelift Thar 4WD gets benefits worth Rs 80,000 across petrol and diesel versions. This comprises a Rs 50,000 cash discount and accessories valued at Rs 30,000.
That is worth noting because the offer is specifically on the pre-facelift model. Buyers should therefore check the manufacturing date and exact specification of the vehicle being offered rather than comparing the discount directly with a newer version.
The Thar 2WD LXT gets accessories worth Rs 30,000, with no separate cash discount listed under this scheme. The Thar ROXX does not have a centrally listed October offer.
XUV3XO And XUV400 Also Get Discounts
The XUV3XO’s highest benefit is Rs 60,000 and applies to the MX2 Pro, MX3 and MX3 Pro petrol variants. The split is Rs 40,000 cash plus accessories worth Rs 20,000.
Diesel versions receive smaller benefits, with up to Rs 10,000 cash and Rs 15,000 in accessories, taking the maximum package to Rs 25,000.
The XUV400 EV remains the other model with a large direct reduction. The EL Pro gets a flat Rs 1 lakh cash discount. For a buyer who is comfortable choosing Mahindra’s previous-generation electric SUV rather than the newer BE 6, that is a substantial upfront saving.
The Bolero and Bolero Neo get exchange and corporate benefits, but a fixed nationwide amount has not been specified. Mahindra’s BE 6 and XEV 9e are also seeing dealer-level offers rather than one common national discount figure.
These offers are also dependent on variant, location and available stock. Buyers should ask the dealer to put the cash discount, accessory package, exchange benefit and any corporate offer separately on the quotation.
