An intense showdown unfolded between actor Gautam Gulati and actress Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary in the latest episode of the streaming reality show Rise and Fall Season 2.
The confrontation took place in the Tower shortly before Priyanka’s Fall and began with a disagreement between the two contestants before escalating into a heated verbal exchange, with past grievances and bruised egos coming to the fore.
The matter later moved to the Red Room, where Gautam put Priyanka in the spotlight and explained why he had taken her name.
“I am a man of respect, I really don’t like shady people. I really don’t like people jo ek overlapping mein baat karte hai, jinko tameez nahi hai baat karni ki, apne seniors se badtameezi karte ho and then appreciating people,” Gautam said.
He further alleged that Priyanka had broken his trust again by repeatedly interacting warmly with someone who, according to him, had disrespected him in front of others.
When Gautam suggested that they discuss the matter later, Priyanka made it clear that she did not intend to speak to him for the remainder of the season.
Calling Gautam a liar, she challenged him, saying, “Whatever you said was a lie, you are a liar Gautam Gulati… ab aa jao maidan mein.”
Priyanka also objected to Gautam’s demand that she not raise her voice, hitting back, “You can’t stand a strong lady, that’s your graph.”
Gautam responded, “Because you’re Priyanka, you’re the queen. I am the king here,” turning the confrontation into a fiery “King vs Queen” face-off.
He also took another dig at Priyanka’s attitude, telling her that if she considered herself a heroine, she should “behave like one”, further escalating the already tense exchange.
