Keerthy Suresh-Mysskin’s ‘Sathyavan Savithiri’ gets a new release date in November

Director Praveen S Vijay’s courtroom drama ‘Sathyavan Savithiri’, starring Keerthy Suresh and filmmaker Mysskin, is set to arrive in theatres worldwide on November 20.

The announcement was made by Drumsticks Productions, which is jointly producing the film with Zee Studios.

The film had initially been scheduled for release on July 24 but was subsequently postponed. The production house has now locked November 20 as the new theatrical date.

The story is reportedly centred on two lawyers, with Keerthy Suresh playing one of the lead characters and Mysskin appearing as her senior advocate.

According to reports about the film, a case creates a major conflict between the two lawyers after Keerthy’s character disagrees with her senior’s decision to support people she believes are on the wrong side of the law. Her confrontation with him eventually leads her to discover another side of his personality and changes the direction of her life.

The makers unveiled the film’s first-look posters earlier this year. One of them featured Keerthy looking back while lawyers around her faced forward, hinting at the legal conflict at the centre of the story.

The cast also includes Heartbeat Charukesh, Balasaravanan, Madhusudhanan, Shilpa Manjunath, R Sundararajan, Brigida, Mala Parvathi and A Venkatesh, among others. Arul Vincent is the cinematographer, while Sam CS has composed the music. Prasanna GK is handling the editing.
