A deeply emotional moment unfolded on Rise and Fall Season 2 when contestant Irina broke down while recalling her father, who was a war hero and lost his life during a conflict. Tej Pratap Yadav later comforted her by playing the flute, helping her regain her composure.
The moment came during a conversation involving Irina, Shehzad Poonawalla and Tej Pratap Yadav, when Shehzad revealed that Irina’s father had attained martyrdom during a war.
Irina then shared details about her father, saying he had served as a sniper. She recalled that he lost his life when a drone approached him as he was trying to save some of his fellow soldiers. The episode did not specify which war her father had fought in or when the incident took place.
Overcome by emotion while recounting the incident, Irina broke down and left the room to spend some time alone. Shehzad, noticing her distress, followed her and tried to console her.
Tej Pratap Yadav subsequently arrived with his flute and began playing music for Irina. The gesture appeared to help soothe her, and she gradually regained control of her emotions.
