Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn penned a heartfelt birthday message for his nephew, Danish Devgn, who celebrated his birthday on Monday, sharing a glimpse of their close bond on social media.
Ajay posted two photographs with Danish on the photo-sharing platform. The first was a recent picture of the duo, while the second was a throwback image featuring Danish as a child alongside his uncle.
Wishing him on his special day, Ajay wrote, “From being my little shadow to becoming someone I’m happy to walk alongside. Happy birthday, Dan (sic).”
Ajay’s sister-in-law and Kajol’s sister, Tanishaa Mukerji, also joined in the celebrations, wishing Danish in the comments section of the post. “Happy birthday Dan Dan @danishdevgn,” she wrote.
The Drishyam actor is known to share a close bond with his nephew, who has frequently featured in his social media posts alongside other members of the Devgan family. Ajay often shares glimpses of his time with loved ones, in addition to updates about his professional life.
Earlier, on September 13, Ajay celebrated his son Yug’s 16th birthday by sharing a photograph of the father-son duo on his official social media handle.
“Still my favourite little troublemaker… just not so little anymore…Happy birthday, my boy! Love you,” Ajay wrote in the birthday post.
Kajol also shared an emotional message for Yug, reflecting on how quickly he had grown and expressing her hopes for his future.
“Can’t believe we’re already there.. it’s a moment of disbelief almost. Because whenever I see u I still see a little boy almost superimposed on you. And I know ur taller and stronger now but for me that will always be the case.. small you and big you all mixed together,” she wrote.
“I wish u so many things today.. I have some fears as well but mostly hopes that u will grow to be a good man. The kind who faces all of what life throws at him with courage, grace and most importantly kindness. To yourself and the world at large,” she added.
