Oppo is reportedly preparing to launch its F35 smartphone series in India on October 5. The upcoming lineup is expected to succeed the Oppo F33 series and include two models: the Oppo F35 and Oppo F35 Pro.
According to recent leaks, both smartphones will focus on battery life, durability and premium features, with an 8,000mAh battery and IP69-rated protection among their key highlights.
The Oppo F35 series is expected to target India’s competitive upper mid-range smartphone segment, with leaked prices ranging from Rs 35,000 to Rs 50,000. While the company has yet to officially confirm the launch date or specifications, the reported details suggest notable differences between the standard and Pro variants.
Oppo F35 and F35 Pro Specifications and Features (Leaked)
The standard Oppo F35 is tipped to feature a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The handset will reportedly measure 8.8mm in thickness and weigh approximately 205 grams. Under the hood, it is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
For thermal management, the smartphone could feature a 4,300mm² vapour chamber. It is also tipped to pack an 8,000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. The camera setup is expected to include a 50MP primary rear sensor and a 2MP secondary camera, alongside a 50MP ultra-wide front camera for selfies and video calls.
The Oppo F35 Pro, meanwhile, is expected to offer upgraded performance with a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Max processor. It is also tipped to feature a 50MP primary rear camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS), accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide camera. Like the standard model, the Pro variant is expected to retain the 50MP ultra-wide front camera.
Both smartphones are reportedly set to feature Rainstorm Touch technology, which is designed to improve touchscreen responsiveness when the display or user’s fingers are wet. The devices are also tipped to offer IP68 and IP69 protection, although the exact rating for each variant remains subject to official confirmation.
Oppo F35 Series Battery and Durability
Battery life and durability could be two of the biggest selling points of the upcoming Oppo F35 series. Both models are expected to pack an 8,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, potentially offering extended usage between charges.
The reported IP68 and IP69 ratings would also provide protection against dust and water ingress. IP69 certification, in particular, indicates protection against high-pressure, high-temperature water jets under specified testing conditions.
Oppo F35 and F35 Pro Price in India (Expected)
The Oppo F35 is expected to launch in India at a price between Rs 35,000 and Rs 40,000. It could be available in Waves Blue, Titanium Grey and Mist Pink colour options, with 6GB and 8GB RAM configurations and 128GB of storage.
The Oppo F35 Pro is tipped to be priced between Rs 45,000 and Rs 50,000 in India. Its upgraded processor and OIS-equipped rear camera could distinguish it from the standard model.
With an expected October 5 launch, the Oppo F35 series could bring a combination of large batteries, fast charging and enhanced water resistance to the upper mid-range segment. However, buyers will have to wait for Oppo’s official announcement to confirm the launch date, pricing and final specifications.
