The event marked 15 years of the designer’s partnership with the Mijwan Welfare Society and brought together traditional craftsmanship with contemporary silhouettes. The collection featured intricate chikankari and thread embroidery across ivory, green, coral and ombré tones. Alia and Vicky were seen in contrasting looks from the collection, with their outfits reflecting the detailed craftsmanship associated with Mijwan. Alia Bhatt wore a custom ivory chikankari saree by Manish Malhotra. Styled by Rhea Kapoor, Alia paired the saree with a modern blouse and a sheer veil. The ivory drape came with delicate chikankari work, sequins, silver detailing and scalloped borders. She wore the pallu over one shoulder, while the embroidered veil completed the traditional look. She completed the outfit with a diamond-and-pearl necklace set in white gold, statement earrings, a maang tikka and diamond-studded haath phools. Alia Bhatt kept her hair in a sleek centre-parted bun and opted for dewy make-up, smoky eyes and glossy pink lips. Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal opted for a midnight-blue and ivory sherwani from the Mijwan collection. He completed the traditional look with a diamond-studded chain, statement rings and white juttis. His swept-back hair and rugged beard added a more classic touch to the overall styling.
