Anil Ambani SBI Accounts Fraud: The Bombay High Court on Friday dismissed a petition filed by industrialist Anil Ambani. In this, Anil Ambani challenged the decision of SBI (State Bank of India) to classify the accounts of his and Reliance Communications as a fraud.

SBI said-wrong transactions from Anil Ambani’s accounts

A bench of Justice Revathi Mohite Dera and Justice Neela Gokhale said that there is no power in this petition. A detailed copy of the decision is not yet available. The SBI last year put these accounts into the category of fraud. It was alleged that money was misused by transactions in violation of the terms of the loan given by it.

Anil Ambani said- did not give a chance to hear

In the petition filed against this decision of SBI, Ambani argued that the bank had not followed the principles of natural justice. The bank did not give him an opportunity to hear. The petition claimed that some documents, on the basis of which classification orders were not initially provided to them. They were made available after six months.
