John Abraham buys Bungalow in Mumbai:Â Bollywood actor-producer John Abraham has been winning millions of hearts with his fitness and good looks since the early 2000s.
He has established himself as one of the most bankable stars in Bollywood and prefers to live a private life away from the spotlight.
The Jism actor is currently in the headlines as he recently bought a super expensive brand new house in Mumbai’s prime area of Linking Road. The purpose behind buying the property has not been revealed.
John Abraham’s new house in Khar
According to reports, John Abraham has snapped up a swanky two-story bungalow facing Linking Road in Khar, which costs a whopping Rs 75 crore. The property of 13,138 sq ft is owned by 81-year-old Pravin Nathalal Shah, who is now a resident of Pennsylvania in the US, including his family’s 10 other members.
According to property consultant Indextaps.com, Shah’s other property includes an open land area of 7,722 sq ft and a two-story 5,416 sqft bungalow named Nirmal Bhuvan on the 372, Linking Road, Khar West.
Abraham currently resides with his wife, Priya Runchal, in a sea-facing penthouse in Bandra West. Further, the 51-year-old actor’s broker has revealed that the star has paid a stamp duty of Rs 4.25 crore to the BMC on December 27. The house agreement has been registered by John with 10 members of the Shah family, stated Indextap.com.
John Abraham’s other investments
Apart from real estate, the actor, who is a sports enthusiast, has invested in several companies that deal in food and beverages, community, fitness, and lifestyle. He also owns two sports teams: the Guwahati-based Northeast United, which is a professional soccer team in the Indian Super League, and the Delhi Waveriders, a professional hockey team that plays in the Indian Hockey League.
Workwise, John Abraham was recently seen in Pathaan alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. He has an array of projects in the pipeline, including The Diplomat, Tehran, Tariq, and Vedaa.
