Reddit Layoff Story 2025: Recently, an Indian employee working in an American company shared the experience of being fired from his sudden job on Reddit. This post has become increasingly viral on social media. The employee said that at a 4 -minute short virtual meeting, he and several other Indian employees were fired from the job without any warning.
Indian employee told how the job went in a 4 -minute online meeting
The employee wrote, was a normal working day. Login at 9 am and got a compulsory meeting calendar invite for 11 am. As soon as the call started, they stopped all cameras and microphones and announced that most Indian employees were being removed from their jobs. The most shocking thing was that employees were not informed about asking questions or any help. COO did not answer the questions and immediately quit the call. The affected employees were told that if you have been removed from the job, you will get information via email. The company assured that the entire salary of October and the remaining holidays would be paid. But the employee shared his feelings and wrote, this is the first time I was fired and really it is a very bad experience.
