The legend of Gulveer Singh continued to grow as he won the silver medal in the 2026 Asian Games in the Men’s 10,000m category. He finished behind Bahrain’s Birhanu Balew, who won the gold in the last edition too.
This is his second medal in the competition after winning the bronze medal in the 2023 edition in Hangzhou. Gulveer has now become the first Indian in history to win medals in the Men’s 10,000 category at the Asian Games in multiple editions.
