Actress Kavya Kalyanram and music director Kaala Bhairava recently made their relationship public through a series of Instagram posts and also confirmed their engagement. The couple has reportedly been dating for quite some time.
However, the absence of an official statement from Kaala Bhairava’s father, veteran composer M.M. Keeravani, and his mother Srivalli, who works as an executive producer on S.S. Rajamouli’s films, led to speculation that the couple may have got engaged without the approval of his family.
However, the reality appears to be different.
According to reports, Kavya and Kaala Bhairava waited to make their relationship official until they received the approval of both families.
Though Keeravani’s family was initially said to be not very enthusiastic about the relationship, they reportedly accepted it after realising how serious the couple were about each other.
With both families now said to be on board, wedding preparations are underway. Kavya Kalyanram and Kaala Bhairava are expected to tie the knot in December in a traditional ceremony.
Meanwhile, M.M. Keeravani is expected to complete some of his pending work before taking a break for his son’s wedding.
He is reportedly planning to finish a portion of the background score for Varanasi before making time for the December celebrations.
