Hollywood star Nicole Kidman says she has no plans to give up her love for raves and late-night parties in Ibiza, even after revealing the disguise she uses to avoid being recognised while enjoying the Spanish party island.
The 59-year-old actress recently appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where host Jimmy Fallon asked her what she likes to do when she visits Ibiza.
“Dance. Go out to raves,” Kidman replied.
When Fallon asked whether she uses a disguise while partying, Kidman admitted that she had already revealed her secret in a previous interview.
“I gave away my cover. I did an interview where I said I wear a little black wig, or some sort of disguise and I go out,” she said.
Kidman explained that the disguise allows her to enjoy nights out without attracting attention. However, she made it clear that revealing her trick would not stop her from continuing to party.
She suggested that she would simply have to find another disguise or “wear something different” the next time she heads out.
Fallon joked that he would also use the trick and join her, prompting Kidman to quip: “You don’t have to do it with me.”
Kidman had previously spoken about her preferred holiday activities, saying she enjoys hosting dinner parties, playing Scrabble and heading to raves in Ibiza. She said wearing a “little dark wig” helps her blend into the crowd and dance without being recognised.
The Oscar-winning actress rose to international prominence through films including Days of Thunder, To Die For, Moulin Rouge!, The Hours and The Others. She was married to actor Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001, with the couple adopting two children. She later married country singer Keith Urban in 2006, and they have two daughters.
