Actress Taapsee Pannu recently enjoyed a holiday at Saint Anne Island with her husband Mathias Boe, sharing a glimpse of their fun-filled getaway and a hilarious attempt to create the perfect viral picture for social media.
In a post shared on Instagram on Sunday, the ‘Thappad’ actress was seen attempting to climb a tree to capture an aesthetic holiday photograph, while Mathias helped her by trying to lift her from below.
The couple made several attempts to get the picture right, but the results turned into a series of amusing moments that they are likely to cherish.
Taapsee captioned the post: “Exotic location (Check) Supportive husband (Check) Successful viral picture moment (No) (Sic)”
“On the hindsight, could’ve used AI in the last attempt,” she added.
Taapsee tied the knot with Mathias Boe, a former Danish badminton player and 2012 Olympic silver medallist, on March 23, 2024. The couple had been in a relationship for around a decade before getting married.
On the work front, Taapsee was recently seen in Devashish Makhija’s ‘Gandhari’.
Known for several memorable performances in Bollywood, the actress has also said she is comfortable with not having many Rs 100-crore films to her credit.
Speaking to IANS during an exclusive conversation, Taapsee noted that several films that initially fail to perform at the box office go on to acquire cult status years later.
“There are a lot of good films that don’t run in the box office. And then after 10 years, we bring them in the best films of the decades. Then we give them cult status. Then they are worshipped. Then their reference points are made. I mean, I have seen a lot like this in my career,” she said.
