Music director GV Prakash Kumar has added further excitement to the already high expectations surrounding Venkatesh, Kalyan Ram and Anil Ravipudi’s upcoming family entertainer January 12 Vidudala.
After watching nearly one hour and thirty minutes of footage from the film, the composer took to X to share a highly confident verdict.
“Just saw one hour thirty mins footage of #january12vidudala…. BLOCKBUSTER incoming for Sankranthi,” he posted, tagging director Anil Ravipudi.
What makes this reaction particularly interesting is GV Prakash Kumar’s reputation for being measured while speaking about films he has worked on.
Interestingly, this is not the first time his words have created excitement around a film. He had earlier predicted a blockbuster for Ravi Teja’s Irumudi after watching the film, and the movie went on to live up to that confidence by emerging as a sensational success.
Now, his reaction to January 12 Vidudala has created a similar buzz.
January 12 Vidudala is slated for release on January 12 during the Sankranthi season, a period traditionally known for drawing large family audiences to theatres.
