Television actress Krystle D’Souza was left teary-eyed after returning home following her victory on reality show The Traitors, where her close friends had arranged an emotional surprise to celebrate her win.
Friends including Rithvik Dhanjani secretly entered her home and prepared the welcome before she arrived. Krystle, who had no idea about the plan, was visibly overwhelmed by the gesture.
Sharing a glimpse of the moment on Instagram, the Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai actress said she generally avoids posting deeply personal moments but felt compelled to share this memory, which had remained close to her heart for months.
“I’m not someone who shares very personal moments here, but this one has been sitting in my heart for sooooo many months… and I don’t think it can be gatekept any longer. As Real and Raw as it can get. I landed home after winning The Traitors to this surprise from my girls. (Yes Rithvik is also our girl),” Krystle wrote.
Describing how her friends managed to pull off the surprise, she added, “I had absolutely no idea, they snuck into my house and did all this before I could get home and honestly, this moment means more to me than I can put into words.”
Krystle also credited her friends for shaping her outlook as a “girls’ girl”, celebrating the support and camaraderie among them.
“And this is where I get my ‘girls’ girl’ from. From women who clap for each other, celebrate each other, show up for each other and genuinely want to see each other win. Yes, I know I’m an ugly crier but at this point who cares about looks! I won the show yes !!! But did I win in life? Hell yessssss,” she added.
The video captures Krystle breaking down in tears as she takes in the surprise. Her friends cheer and celebrate her achievement, after which she cuts a cake with them and joins in the festivities, dancing alongside the group.
Krystle emerged as the winner of The Traitors India Season 2 alongside fellow Traitor Rida Tharana. Hosted by Karan Johar, the star-studded reality show concluded its finale on September 3, 2026.
