New Maruti Baleno Facelift Launch Price Rs 6.1 Lakh – L2 ADAS

is updating its current portfolio to retain its competitiveness. After the Brezza facelift, it is the turn of Baleno to receive a facelift. Launched today, Baleno facelift will continue to take on premium hatchback rivals like Tata Altroz and Hyundai i20. The launch price starts from Rs 6.1 lakh and prices of higher trims are yet to be announced (Ex-sh, special festive offer).

There are multiple new colours with Baleno facelift and it will continue to sell exclusively from the Nexa dealership network. The launch colour is Nexa Blue and Maruti is also introduced a new colour called Enigmatic Teal. The launch colour is called Enigmatic Teal.Bookings have commenced and prospective buyers can reserve one for themselves. Deliveries will start soon. With 1.9 Million Baleno sold to date, this premium hatchback will evolve to suit evolving needs of a modern buyer.

Maruti Baleno Facelift Launch

Baleno has been India’s most popular premium hatchback in terms of sales. It is one of India’s best-selling vehicles too. The second generation Baleno is getting a design update for the first time since it was first launched. Soon, a Toyota counterpart of the facelifted Baleno will follow with the same Glanza nameplate.

Baleno still falls under the sub 4m length constraint to offer the attractive B Segment tax structure. Where powertrains are concerned, Maruti Suzuki has updated the Baleno facelift with the newer 1.2L Z Series engine, which we first experienced in the Swift and then in Dzire. This is a 3-cylinder engine while the older 1.2L K Series engine was a smoother 4-cylinder unit. Gearbox options continue as they are – a 5-speed MT and a 6-speed AMT.
