Jasmin Bhasin, currently seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, has opened up about her healing journey. The actress, best known for doing the television show Dil Se Dil Tak, revealed she lost herself while trying to fit herself into little boxes. Jasmin shared the story behind her first tattoo: ‘I am enough’. While revealing it, she spoke about the moment she chose herself after spending a lot of time trying to become someone she thought ‘would be easier to love’. As she continued to talk about it, the Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 contestant revealed how healing sessions helped her.

Taking to her Instagram handle, shared a few images and videos of her first tattoo that she got on her arm. While sharing the same, the actress expressed, “For the longest time, I kept trying to fit myself into little boxes,changing, shrinking, adjusting, becoming whoever I thought I needed to be to feel loved, accepted and to belong. Somewhere along the way, I lost the most important person, Myself!!”
The KKK 15 contestant admitted that she ‘stopped’ being the carefree, joyous, positive and sorted girl she knew she was. Jasmin said she was constantly trying to be ‘enough’ for others and forgot hat she was ‘already enough’ for herself.
“During one of my healing sessions, I realised something that broke my heart and healed it at the same time that I don’t have to become smaller to fit into someone else’s world. So I got these words tattooed on me: I AM ENOUGH,” she wrote. The actress mentioned that she got the tattoo not because she needs a reminder that she is perfect. But because the actress needs to remember that she doesn’t have to earn love by changing who she is.

Jasmin stated that she deserves to be loved, accepted, and seen as she is. “And held without having to break pieces of myself just to belong. This tattoo is a promise to myself — that I will never abandon who I am again just to be loved. I am enough. I have always been enough.”
