Rs 10 Lakh Tata SUV Gets Features From Costiler Variants

The new Tata Curvv Series X has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom). With the lineup update, the lower and mid-spec variants now receive features previously available on higher variants, making them a better value-for-money proposition. The new Curvv Series X is available with all three engine options – 1.2-litre turbo petrol, 1.2-litre direct-injection turbo and 1.5-litre diesel.

More Features  

Features such as a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, push-button start, automatic climate control, cruise control and auto-folding ORVMs are now available from the second-based Pure X variants. The Pure X Plus variant additionally gets an Oyster White leatherette seat upholstery.

The higher trims are exclusively offered with a 12.3-inch infotainment system and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster along with front and rear USB ports, multiple drive modes, a cooled glovebox, a rear armrest and reclining rear seats, dedicated AC vents for rear seat passengers.

The feature list also includes a 9-speaker JBL audio system, dual zone climate control, a six-way powered driver’s seat, wireless charging, 360-degree camera with a blind view monitor, a panoramic sunroof, automatic headlamps, six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability program, hill hold control, rear parking sensors and rain-sensing wipers, an air purifier, ambient lighting, connected car tech and more.

More Legroom For Rear Passenger

Furthermore, the rear seat passengers now get a little extra legroom, with the sculpted front-seat backs freeing up 10mm of additional space. The rear bench seat has also been repositioned 20mm rearward and lowered by 10mm.

Improved Styling

On the exterior, the Tata Curvv Series X features a sporty black grille, while retaining the same LED headlamps, LED DRLs, flush door handles and LED taillamps. While the lower variants are equipped with 17-inch diamond -cut alloy wheels, the higher trims get 18-inch alloys. The Dark edition continues to look sportier with blacked-out treatment inside and out.
