On August 31, Kareena Kapoor Khan attended the grand trailer launch of her film Daayra. The actress has taken up the role of a cop in the Meghna Gulzar directorial. It marks her first collaboration with actor Prithviraj Sukumaran. At the launch event, the actress spoke about the importance of kindness in life. Kareena expressed that men and boys should be more kind. Bebo, as she is fondly called by her loves ones, said that people generally think girls are sensitive. However, the actress feels some men and boys no longer fear being sensitive. Read on to know what Kareena said about the importance of men being sensitive.

During press conference, Kareena said, “So the only thing I keep praying for is kindness. Men should be more kind, boys should be more kind. Yeh soch humesha hai ki ladki humesha bohot sensitive hoti hai. But that’s not true. I think there are men and boys who today have no fear of being sensitive, of crying in front of a girl or crying in front of their mother.”
The actress further revealed what she always tells her kids. Kareena, who has two sons (Taimur and Jeh) with Saif Ali Khan), added, “I always tell my son if he wants to cry, you should, if that’s what you feel. Because he has to experience that and he has to know.”

Contining the conversartion, spoke about her favourite scene in Daayra. The actress revealed that there are many scenes in this movie that ‘automatically choke you’. Without giving away too many details, she further reflected on her favourite scene.

“It just talks about that ke galti humesha ladki ki hoti hai. And if you see that scene and the way Meghna has written it and what the dialogues (are), and the way she has communicated – I don’t think I needed any glycrine or anything. I just remembered the lines and that’s my favourite scene,” she added.
Kareena stated that she was naturally disturbed by that. However, she was happy to perform that scene. “Because that is something challenging, and you enjoy doing that meat. As an actor, I also enjoy doing the fun and the games and all of that. But this is something that I just love.” Daayra, produced by Junglee Pictures and Pen Studios, will hit the silver screen on September 18.
