According to court documents filed on March 16 and obtained by  , Alba and Warren agreed to divide all community property accumulated during their marriage, which lasted from May 19, 2008, until their separation on December 27, 2024.

Their shared assets include investments in ventures such as WeWork and Culver Studios, stock holdings, artwork, furniture, and multiple properties purchased during their time together.

As part of the settlement, the “Trigger Warning” actress will pay Warren $5 million from the sale of one of their jointly owned homes. She will also reserve $500,000 to cover expenses related to their three children.

Warren is reportedly entitled to half of Alba’s earnings from acting royalties and residual payments tied to projects completed during their marriage, including “Machete,” “Valentine’s Day,” “The Office,” “Barely Famous,” and “Dear Eleanor.”

He will also receive 50 percent of the restricted shares she holds in The Honest Company.
