The Tata Harrier Electric has been launched in the Indian market with a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The SUV gets two battery packs: 65 kWh and 75 kWh. The larger battery pack offers a range of 627 km. The manufacturer claims that with a 120 kW DC fast charger, this electric car can offer a range of up to 250 km after just 15 minutes of charging and can be charged from 20 to 80 percent in 25 minutes.
Tesla Model Y Battery
The RWD variant of the Tesla Model Y available in India comes with two different battery options, one 60 kWh and the other a higher capacity 75 kWh battery pack. This variant has a single electric motor, which generates power of about 295 horsepower.
If we talk about the range, then the model with 60 kWh battery can run up to 500 km (WLTP rating) on a full charge. At the same time, its long range model can cover a distance of about 622 km in full charge. If you charge it for just 15 minutes from the supercharger, then it gives you a range of about 238 to 267 km.
