In an exclusive conversation with Telly Talk India/Times Now, Aditi spoke about needing time and personal space to process what she is going through. The actress, who has maintained a private stance on the matter, said she is not prepared to comment on everything at present. She also urged people facing similar situations to seek strength and family support, while saying that meditation has helped her cope with difficult circumstances.

In an exclusive conversation with us Aditi said that she needs time and space to process the situation before she can speak about it openly. The actress also made it clear that she has intentionally maintained silence because she is a private person. “Honestly, it takes a lot of time to get out from some situations and decisions,” Aditi said. She added that she hopes people going through similar circumstances receive the necessary support.

“I just hope that all the girls and boys who are going through such situations find the strength they need and get the support of their families. And please meditate. I think that really helps,” she said. Aditi further explained why she has not spoken publicly about the matter so far. According to the actress, she is still trying to understand the situation herself and does not feel ready to discuss everything. “I can’t really comment on this right now because I don’t know what I should say and what I shouldn’t. I’m not prepared for any of this yet,” she said. The actress also clarified that she did not leak the news about the complaint.
Aditi has chosen not to discuss the domestic violence allegations in detail publicly at this stage. She said, “I have never said anything about it before, and I haven’t said anything afterwards either, because I am a very private person. That’s why I tend to keep my feelings to myself.” The actress added, “That is life. You have to face your struggles. So, I’m just doing that,” Aditi said.
Aditi Sharma accuses husband of domestic violence
reportedly got married secretly on November 12, 2024. Their wedding came into the spotlight nearly six months later after Abhineet accused the actress of cheating on him with actor Samarthya Gupta.
The latest development in the matter is Aditi’s reported domestic violence complaint against Abhineet and his family. According to reports, the actress registered an FIR at Goregaon Police Station on July 31 against Abhineet, his mother Urmila Kaushik, 65, and sister Kirti Kaushik, 29. Police have reportedly initiated an investigation based on her complaint.
As per an NDTV report, Aditi accused her husband and in-laws of physical and mental harassment, domestic violence, assault, verbal abuse, questioning her character and misusing her bridal jewellery. In her statement to the police, Aditi reportedly said that she first met Abhineet in 2021 during a virtual acting class. The two subsequently grew close and eventually got married in 2024.
According to the report, Aditi alleged that Abhineet’s behaviour changed after their marriage. She alleged that Abhineet became suspicious of her, checked her phone, accused her of having an affair and stopped her from communicating with her parents.
