Allu Arjun and director Atlee’s highly anticipated pan-Indian film “Raaka” is being mounted on a massive scale, and actress Manchu Lakshmi has now given fans a glimpse of what they can expect from the project.
Manchu Lakshmi recently visited the sets of “Raaka” and was left amazed by the scale of the production. Sharing her reaction on social media, she described the experience as “just WOW” and said she was stunned by the sets, creatures and the sheer number of departments involved in the film.
“I visited the Raaka movie set just now. I couldn’t even close my mouth! There were so many different types of species I had never seen before,” she said.
She further added, “I haven’t seen animals like this or people like Bunny or sets like this with so many departments. It’s just WOW. I can’t wait for this movie. I want to share so many things, but I can’t!”
Directed by Atlee, “Raaka” stars Allu Arjun in the lead role, with Deepika Padukone as the female lead. The film has been in production for a considerable period, with a major portion of the shoot progressing at a specially constructed massive set in Mumbai.
The film is touted to be one of the highest-budgeted Indian movies and is being mounted on an ambitious scale. There have also been reports that actresses such as Janhvi Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur are part of the project in key roles, although the makers are yet to officially announce their involvement.
The makers unveiled the first-look poster of “Raaka” in April this year, generating considerable curiosity among fans. With the shooting progressing, expectations are now high for the team to unveil a video glimpse that introduces the world and scale of the film.
