Govinda’s son Yashvardhan Ahuja is set to make his leading-actor debut in Hindi cinema with Hero Ki Horrorine, a horror-comedy directed by Sajid Khan. Hero Ki Horrorine marks Yashvardhan Ahuja’s debut as a leading actor in Hindi cinema. Son of veteran actor Govinda and Sunita Ahuja, Yashvardhan has grown up around the Hindi film industry, but this project marks his formal entry as the lead actor.
He is paired opposite Nitanshi Goel, who earned widespread recognition for her performance in Laapataa Ladies. The two will headline a story that combines supernatural elements with romance and comedy. The casting gives Hero Ki Horrorine a mix of young talent and established performers. Hero Ki Horrorine is directed by , who has previously worked extensively in the comedy genre. With this film, he is making his comeback as a director in Bollywood. The cast extends well beyond its two young leads. Jamie Lever, known for her comic performances and mimicry, is part of the ensemble alongside Chunky Pandey, whose long association with Hindi comedy makes him a natural fit for the genre. Actors Brijendra Kala and Simrat Kaur Randhawa are also part of the cast.
