Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh brought his trademark energy to Berlin as he prepares to kick off the European leg of his World Tour, giving fans a glimpse of his adventures in the German capital.
Diljit shared a series of pictures and videos from Berlin on social media, including one in which he was seen breaking into an impromptu bhangra performance on the city streets with a friend.
The singer also visited Berlin’s iconic Victory Column, topped by a gilded statue of Victoria, the Roman goddess of victory. He took on the climb to the monument’s viewing platform, sharing glimpses of himself navigating its narrow staircase.
During the climb, a visibly tired Diljit joked with his friend, saying, “Paise de karke pareshani mol li” (I paid money to get myself into trouble).
After reaching the top, he turned his phone camera towards the golden statue and quipped, “Baby doll mein sone di,” referencing the popular Punjabi song.
Diljit later shared another glimpse of his friend climbing the staircase as the two explored the landmark.
