Honda is advertising benefits of up to Rs 2.45 lakh on the Elevate during August 2026, but the headline number needs some unpacking. On the Elevate ZX, the maximum package includes Rs 50,000 cash discount and Rs 80,000 exchange bonus. The rest comes from loyalty and eligibility-based schemes, an extended-warranty discount and accessories such as cameras, ambient lighting and a dashcam.

In other words, Rs 2.45 lakh is the total stated value of the package, not Rs 2.45 lakh knocked straight off the ex-showroom price.
The offers are valid until August 31 and vary by model year, variant, location, stock and customer eligibility. Honda’s current range starts at Rs 11.80 lakh for the Elevate, Rs 11.99 lakh for the City and Rs 7.65 lakh for the third-generation Amaze, ex-showroom.
Elevate ZX Has The Biggest Headline Number
Under Honda’s first offer structure, the Elevate ZX MT and CVT get Rs 50,000 cash discount and Rs 80,000 exchange bonus. There is also a Rs 4,000 loyalty benefit, Rs 25,000 Honda exchange benefit, Rs 5,000 corporate benefit, Rs 10,000 self-employed benefit and Rs 19,000 discount on a seven-year extended warranty.

Honda then adds equipment valued at Rs 18,000 for a 360-degree camera, Rs 10,000 for ambient lighting and Rs 24,000 for a dashcam. Add everything and the stated benefit reaches Rs 2.45 lakh.
For someone who does not have a car to exchange, does not qualify for corporate or self-employed benefits, or does not value the accessories at Honda’s stated prices, the effective saving can be substantially lower.
Honda also has a second offer structure. On the same ZX, the cash discount rises to Rs 60,000 while the exchange bonus remains Rs 80,000, but the total package is lower at Rs 2.37 lakh.
The Elevate V with Apex package gets up to Rs 2.01 lakh under Option 1. That includes Rs 40,000 cash and Rs 40,000 exchange bonus, while the remaining value comes from customer-specific benefits, warranty discount and equipment. Elevate VX benefits reach Rs 1.57 lakh, with Rs 20,000 cash and Rs 30,000 exchange bonus.
City Gets A Simpler Rs 95,000 Package

The regular City SV, V, ZX and ZX+ get benefits of up to Rs 95,000. The structure is easier to understand: Rs 30,000 cash discount, Rs 50,000 exchange bonus, Rs 4,000 loyalty benefit, Rs 6,000 Honda exchange benefit and Rs 5,000 corporate benefit.
The City e:HEV gets much less. Its maximum benefit is Rs 15,000, made up of loyalty, Honda exchange and corporate schemes. There is no listed cash discount or consumer exchange bonus.
Amaze Offers Reach Rs 67,000

The third-generation Amaze ZX manual gets the highest Amaze package at Rs 67,000. It combines Rs 15,000 cash discount, Rs 15,000 exchange bonus, Rs 4,000 loyalty benefit, Rs 6,000 Honda exchange benefit, Rs 3,000 corporate benefit, Rs 10,000 self-employed benefit and Rs 14,000 extended-warranty discount.
The ZX CVT gets up to Rs 58,000, while the VX gets up to Rs 48,000. Honda is also discounting the older second-generation Amaze S MT and CVT by up to Rs 58,000.
Axor MX Carbon Fiber Helmet Launched: World’s lightest Triple Certified Helmet Made Right Here In India

AXOR, the premium helmet brand from Vega Auto, has unveiled the MX Carbon, an off-road helmet that the company claims is the world’s lightest triple-certified helmet in its category. The new helmet weighs approximately 1,050 grams in the large shell, with a variation of around 50 grams. It’s priced at Rs. 20,000.

The MX Carbon uses a predominantly carbon-fibre shell and meets three major certification standards: ECE 22.06, DOT and ISI. It gets a double D ring helmet strap buckle, which is the gold standard in terms of buckles. It has been designed and manufactured at Vega Auto’s facilities in Belagavi (previously called Belgaum), Karnataka.
AXOR MX Carbon Focuses On Low Weight
Weight is particularly important for off-road riders. A heavy helmet can become tiring during long rides, especially when riding through technical terrain or standing on the footpegs for extended periods.

AXOR says the MX Carbon was developed specifically to address this challenge. The company has optimised the use of carbon fibre across the shell, along with its construction and manufacturing processes, to reduce weight while retaining the certifications required for a performance-oriented helmet.
According to Vega Auto, the reduced weight is intended to reduce the burden on riders during extended off-road riding and improve comfort over demanding terrain.

The company says smaller shell sizes will be approximately 50 grams lighter than the large shell. Interestingly, another statement in the press release puts the helmet’s engineering weight at approximately 1,040 grams. This suggests the final production weight will vary depending on shell size and manufacturing tolerances.
Nearly Three Decades Of Carbon-Fibre Experience

The MX Carbon isn’t Vega Auto’s first foray into carbon-fibre engineering. The company says it began working with carbon fibre in 1998 and has spent nearly three decades developing expertise in carbon-fibre development, composite manufacturing and helmet engineering.
Vega Auto has also invested approximately ₹2 crore in its composite manufacturing capabilities and has expanded its composite division to three times its 2020 capacity. The company says these investments have helped build greater in-house expertise in advanced composite materials.
The MX Carbon is therefore being positioned as the result of this long-term investment rather than simply a one-off lightweight helmet project.
Made In India
Another interesting aspect of the new AXOR helmet is its manufacturing origin. The MX Carbon has been designed and manufactured at Vega Auto’s facilities in Belagavi (previously called Belgaum), Karnataka.

The company says the entire process brings together carbon-fibre development, composite manufacturing and helmet engineering within India. Vega Auto believes this demonstrates the country’s growing capabilities in advanced manufacturing and composite materials.
The company also sees the MX Carbon as the beginning of a broader lightweight-engineering strategy. Vega Auto plans to use the experience gained from carbon fibre and composite manufacturing to develop future helmet platforms and introduce lightweight engineering into more products across its portfolio.
With its low claimed weight, carbon-fibre construction and ECE 22.06, DOT and ISI certifications, the AXOR MX Carbon comes across an impressive package for the Rs. 20,000 price at which it’s being sold. It’s mainly aimed at riders looking for a more performance-focused off-road helmet without the weight penalty typically associated with larger adventure and off-road helmets.
