Ajith Kumar is all set to team up with director Adhik Ravichandran for the upcoming film Dare Devil, which is expected to go on floors soon.
The principal shooting of the film is reportedly scheduled to begin in September 2026. However, the project is now said to have undergone a major casting change.
Earlier, Malayalam superstar Mohanlal was expected to play an important role in the film. But according to the latest reports, he is no longer part of the project due to remuneration-related issues.
There is no official confirmation yet from the makers, and it remains to be seen how accurate these reports are.
Mohanlal had previously made a powerful cameo appearance in Rajinikanth’s Jailer, which received a strong response from audiences.
Meanwhile, Dare Devil is shaping up to be one of the biggest upcoming Tamil films.
Anirudh Ravichander will compose the music for the film. This marks his fourth collaboration with Ajith Kumar after Vedalam, Vivegam and Vidaamuyarchi.
