Toxic Movie Trailer: Yash-Kiara Advani Serve Delicious Gangster Drama Laced With Emotional Love Story, Twist – Watch

Daddy is home and how! After multiple date changes, Yash’s Toxic: A Fairytale For Grown-Ups is releasing on August 26, 2026. The songs, Tabaahi and Madhosh, introduced the audience to Yash’s Raya, Kiara Advani’s Nadia and Tara Sutaria’s Rebecca, but their stories were unknown. And now, the makers finally unveiled the trailer of Toxic: A Fairytale For Grown-Ups at the grand launch in Bengaluru, Karnataka with Yash, Kiara, Tara, Nayanthara, Rukmini Vasanth and Huma Qureshi in attendance. Toxic trailer gives more insights into the film’s world and Geetu Mohandas’ storytelling. Mounted on a massive scale, each frame of the trailer looks lavish and crisp.

 trailer begins on a powerful note with Yash’s character shoots a young boy, who plays his son. He pleads for mercy but  ‘s character is not in the mood to forgive him. The trailer’s first glimpse generates a lot of curiosity among the fans but there’s a twist in the tale. Toxic trailer promises a delicious gangster drama which is laced with emotional love story and a shocking twist, which will definitely blow your mind.

Geetu Mohandas has shot the film on a grand scale as one can see some high octane action sequences, gory moments and passionate romance in the trailer. Yash’s chemistry with Kiara Advani and Tara Sutaria is too hot to handle. Some sequences shown in the clip will show the Rocking Star in never-seen-before avatar.

About Toxic – A Fairy Tale For Grown-Ups

In Toxic, Yash plays Raya, a gangster.   is Nadia, and her character is said to be inspired by the world of Cirque Du Soleil. Tara is Rebecca, Rukmini plays Melissa, and Nayanthara is Ganga.

Earlier this year, Yash spoke about Toxic: A Fairytale For Grown-Ups with the international media channel Fandango’s correspondent Nikki Novak and said the film’s content is ‘very layered.’ He added, “Once again, it’s not a typical gangster action story. For the face value, it will look like a gangster movie with a lot of action, but it has got deep psychology and it’s got very interesting aspects of human life where you can resonate with.”

The actor believed his character has been presented in a unique way, that makes it even more exciting. Yash shared that director Geetu Mohandas has given a new take on a gangster film, and he enjoyed working on it. Toxic is going to be a visual treat as well as something which makes a huge impact on audience psychology as well, confirmed Yash.

Toxic has been filmed simultaneously in English and Kannada, with dubbed versions planned in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and several other languages. The gangster drama also stars Akshay Oberoi and Sudev Nair. The film is produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations.
