Astra Microwave Products shares hit record high on bagging order worth ₹2,205 crore; everything investors need to know

Astra Microwave Products shares rallied 13.5% to hit a record high level of ₹1,960 apiece on Friday, July 13, after the company bagged an order from Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL).

Worth ₹2205.23 crore, the order includes the procurement of 122 numbers of AAAU and 121 interface frames for the Uttam Radar.

The order is expected to be completed within five years.

“This is to inform you that our company, Astra Microwave Products Limited has received an order for procurement of 122 (One Hundred and Twenty-Two) Nos. of AAAU and 121 (One Hundred and Twenty-One) Interface Frames for Uttam Radar for a total consideration of Rs. 2205.23 Crores inclusive of all applicable taxes and GST,” the company said in a regulatory filing.

Astra Microwave Products Q4 FY26 earnings

The aerospace and defence firm reported a 45% growth in its consolidated net profit at ₹106 crore for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (Q4 FY26) as compared to ₹73 crore in the same period last year.

 

The company’s revenue from operations increased 19.6% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹488 crore in the January-March period from ₹408 crore in the year-ago period.

The operating profit, also known as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA), rose 36% annually to ₹162 crore as against ₹120 crore in Q4 FY25. Its operating profit margin expanded to 33.2% in contrast to 29.3% on an annual basis.

At 10:30 AM, Astra Microwave shares were trading at ₹1,912.90 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, soaring 10.83%.

Over a month’s time, the stock has climbed 9%, while it has rallied 102% in the past six months. From the beginning of the year, shares of Astra Micra have jumped 95%.

The company has a total market capitalisation of ₹18,174.37 crore, according to data on the NSE.
