Rupali Ganguly, who is known for her iconic character in Anupama in the Rajan Shahi show, has recently called out authorities of the electricity-providing company, Adani, over hours-long power outages at her home in Mumbai.
The TV actress expressed her frustration after experiencing the power outage at her home since last night (May 30) amid rising temperatures in Mumbai. tagged the company in her latest X post and called out the authorities for using the chatbots that constantly give hopes to the customers about the electricity services.
Rupali Ganguly Slams Electricity Company For Power Outage
Rupali Ganguly penned a note at 5:29 am on Sunday (May 31) and revealed that there has been a power outage in her building since last night. She also mentioned that hers and two other buildings had no electricity since last night. The lights keep coming and going.
The actress further wrote, “Your useless chatbots have been saying the issue will be resolved in 34 minutes for the last 4 hours, and now says there is no outage at all! And this is Mumbai @AdaniOnline.” Apart from that, Rupali also questioned the poor service in the financial capital of India. She can’t even imagine how the people in smaller towns and villages must be going through it if the situation in Mumbai is itself so bad.
Rupali Ganguly’s note is going viral on social media, and netizens have started reacting to the same. For the unversed, Anushka Ranjan, who recently announced her pregnancy, had also expressed her disappointment over the power outage in her area. She had tagged Adani and Tata Power for not providing services properly to the people.
It has to be noted that Rupali Ganguly is yet to give an update about the condition which is now affecting the majority of Mumbaikars amid this scorching heat in the city.
