Khatron Ke Khiladi is back with the fifteenth instalment of the show. The stunt-based reality show was postponed by a week and will premiere on August 1, 2026. As per the latest update, this season will reunite new and former contestants from all seasons of the show. Rubina Dilaik, who is also part of the show, had an accident during a challenging task.
Rubina Dilaik had an accident during a challenging task
As per online reports, Rubina Dilaik had an accident while performing a stunt on Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. She suffered a medical emergency after she fell unconscious during a high-risk task. The latest promo showed Rubina being suspended from a helicopter while she was entangled in a net.
As per a report by Film Window, she lost consciousness during the task. The promo showed that she fell into the water after getting out of the net, while Rohit Shetty kept shouting her name. Further, Rubina was seen lying unconscious as an ambulance was rushed to the location.
Rubina Dilaik also talked about the incident. As per Celeb India, Rubina revealed that she wanted to start her journey on the show with a bang, but things turned out differently, and she had not imagined it. It seems like she gave a hint about her accident during the very first episode. She said:
“I wanted to begin with a bang—that was always my plan. But it didn’t go exactly the way I had imagined.”
Rubina also talked about the reason why she participated in the show. She shared that she wanted to create an example for her twin daughters. Rubina kept working during and right after her pregnancy. She never shied away from expressing her hurt and the mistakes she made during her motherhood journey. She said:
“A huge reason I said yes to Khatron Ke Khiladi was that I wanted my twin daughters to grow up knowing that their mother never backed down from a challenge.”
Talking about the accident, Rubina thanked the show’s team for taking care of her and rushing her into the ambulance within seconds and watching over her wonderfully. She said that she would be watching the episode to know what happened after she passed out. She said:
“I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team for reacting so quickly, rushing me into an ambulance and taking such wonderful care of me. Honestly, I’ll be watching it too, because everything I know after I passed out is from what people have told me. Without a doubt, this has been the most intense moment of my life (sic).”
For those who don’t know, the show will premiere on August 1, 2026, and it will be hosted by Rohit Shetty. The show will be on Colors TV every Saturday and Sunday at 9 pm, and the show’s episodes will also stream on JioHotstar, which is an OTT platform.
