In the ongoing Hockey India Sub-Junior Women’s Academy Championship 2026 (Zones A and B) and Junior Women’s Academy Championship 2026 (Zones A and B), top teams showcased their skills and secured victories on the third day of competition.
In the Sub-Junior category, Khalsa Sports Hockey Academy from Kolkata triumphed over the Mumbai Schools Sports Association with a commanding score of 7-0. Ritika and Pooja Kumari Shaw each netted two goals, while Gunjan added two more. Tryas Khatun rounded off the scoring with a single goal, leading Khalsa Sports Hockey Academy to a decisive win.
In another Pool B match, Raja Karan Hockey Academy defeated RK Roy Hockey Academy 5-1. Tanvi and Riya each scored two goals, spearheading Raja Karan’s impressive performance, while Sonika contributed with one goal. The only goal for RK Roy Hockey Academy came from Riya Kumari.
In the Junior Women’s Academy Championship 2026 (Zones A and B), Bhai Behlo Hockey Academy (Bhagta) dominated the Vadipatti Raja Hockey Academy with a staggering 10-0 victory. Captain Deepa Upadhyay scored a hat-trick, and Devika added two goals, showcasing Bhai Behlo’s overwhelming strength. The remaining goals were scored by Muskaan Bharti, Shweta Kumari, Jaskarandeep Kaur, Manreet Kaur, and Punita, ensuring a comfortable win.
In another Pool B match, Madhya Pradesh Hockey Academy crushed the Mumbai Schools Sports Association 14-0. Nausheen Naz scored a hat-trick, while Sudipta Kindo, Captain Kanak Pal, Tanvi, and Shalini Singh each contributed two goals to Madhya Pradesh’s stellar performance. Additional goals were scored by Sujata Jayant, Gungun Kaur, Sanjana Maurya, and Sneha Dawade, leading to another easy victory for Madhya Pradesh Hockey Academy.
