The initial public offerings (IPOs) of Indo-MIM Limited, Xtranet Technologies, and Lohia Corp Limited will close today, July 27. Earlier, the initial share sale was opened for subscription on July 23. Meanwhile, the shares of these companies offering shares for sale are getting mixed reactions in the grey market – an unofficial market where unlisted shares trade before listing.
The Indo-MIM IPO GMP soared, while the grey market premiums of Xtranet and Lohia Corp showed subdued listing gain potential.
At the same time, Indo-MIM and Xtranet IPOs were fully subscribed, while the Lohia Corp share sale has yet to be fully subscribed.
Indo-MIM IPO GMP and Subscription
GMP: According to InvestorGain, the GMP of Indo-MIM Ltd soared to Rs 195 on the third and last day of subscription, up 40.41 per cent from the upper limit of the IPO’s price band.
Subscription Status: The IPO was fully subscribed on day 2 last week. According to NSE data, the overall subscription for Indo-MIM IPO was 8.09 times till 11:47 AM on July 27–the last day of subscription.
Indo-MIM’s IPO opened for subscription on July 23, and the share sale will close on July 27. Earlier, the price band for the IPO was fixed at Rs 461-485 per share, while the lot size was fixed at 30 shares.
Extranet Technologies
GMP: According to InvestorGain, the GMP of Extranet Technologies on July 27 is Rs 7 (as of 11 PM), indicating a 5.51 per cent gain over the IPO price band.
Subscription Status: The IPO was fully subscribed on Day 2 last week. The overall subscription status till 11:46 AM was 4.19 times on July 27, according to NSE data.
The Extranet Technologies IPO opened on July 27. Earlier, the price band was announced at Rs 120-Rs 127. At the same time, the lot size of the IPO is 110 shares.
Lohia Corp
GMP: According to InvestorGain, the GMP of Lohia Corp in the morning was Rs 2, up merely 0.47 per cent over the IPO price.
Subscription Status: Till 11:36 AM on July 27, the IPO was subscribed 0.76 times.
Lohia Corp’s IPO opened for subscription today and will close on July 27th. The price band for the IPO was set at Rs 404-425, with a lot size of 35 shares.
