However, he couldn’t manage to survive in the game till the finale. While fans are disappointed with Dheeraj Dhoopar’s eviction from Lock Upp, his son Zayn is very happy to see his dad back at home. The actor has shared the first picture after his Lock Upp eviction on his Instagram story, in which the father-son duo is wearing the Marvel superhero, Hulk’s mask.

Dheeraj wrote, “Daddy’s Home (heart emoji).” He tagged his son on the story. The heartwarming moment is going viral on social media, and netizens can’t stop gushing over the father-son’s reunion outside the jail.

For the unversed, Dheeraj’s son had entered the show last week to meet his father. An emotional reunion left the actor as well as his fans teary-eyed. Dheeraj’s family was also accused of allegedly sending chits to the actor through his son in the show.
Dheeraj himself criticised the actions and requested that his family not do it again. The Sherdil Shergill actor’s wife, Vinny Arora, had also entered to meet him.

Dheeraj Dhoopar’s team shared a note on X after his eviction from Lock Upp – Sach Ya Sazaa. The note reads, “From day one until his final speech inside the Lock Upp house, Dheeraj stayed real. No pretence, no unnecessary drama, just honesty, dignity and heart. His farewell left us in tears, but our hearts are full of pride. Dheeraj Dhoopar was said to be the highest-paid contestant of Lock Upp. He has reportedly charged Rs 25 lakh per week for his participation on the Netflix show. However, there is no official confirmation about the same.
Lock Upp is ending soon with a grand finale episode. The shoot of the final episode is expected to take place on July 28, 2026.
