UP Seva Parv 15 Lakh Plantation in UP: Service festival will be celebrated in Uttar Pradesh from 17 September to 2 October. The Yogi government will plant 15 lakh saplings in 75 districts, environmental protection, rainwater harvesting and Green Bharat Abhiyan will be promoted.
From September 17 to October 2, Seva Parva will be celebrated across the country. During this time a total of 1.25 crore saplings will be planted across the country, in which Uttar Pradesh has got the target of planting 15 lakh saplings. As part of the initiative of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, plantation will be done in 75 districts of the state through public participation and will work as Divisional Foreign Officer Nodal Officer in every district.
At least 100-100 plants in 34 city One-Vatika
At the inauguration of the service festival, on September 17, at least 100-100 saplings will be done in 34 cities One-Vatika of the state. Apart from this, many programs related to environmental protection awareness campaign, rainwater harvesting, sanitation campaign and wildlife conservation will also be organized. Photos and data of all plantation sites will be uploaded on my life portal, so that maintenance and monitoring can be ensured.
Principal Secretary (Forest Environment) Anil Kumar said that species have been selected to ensure public participation in every district. The District Plantation Committee will coordinate with other departments and ensure safety and maintenance of plants. Workshop on nursery action plan, enlightened class dialogue on wildlife conservation, and forest department will be supported in district fairs and exhibitions.

- Odisha: 20 lakhs
- Uttar Pradesh: 1.5 million
- Assam: 11.50 lakhs
- Gujarat: 11 lakhs
- Chhattisgarh: 11 lakhs
- Madhya Pradesh: 8 lakhs
- Maharashtra: 7 lakhs
- Andhra Pradesh: 7 lakhs
- Rajasthan: 7 lakhs
- Bihar: 5 lakhs
Through Seva Parva 2025, not only environmental protection will be promoted, but the spirit of green India and self -sufficient India will also be awakened among the people.
