The Supreme Court has given a clean chit to them by rejecting all the cases filed against him. Thus, the Supreme Court in its judgment ended the long -running legal battle.

Let us tell you that in recent months, many allegations were made against Dr. Bindra and his company. But after closely investigating all the evidence and arguments, the Supreme Court found that the allegations are baseless. The court rejected all the cases.
The matter was investigated by the Economic Offenses Branch (EOW), which later gave a clean chit to Bindra and his company. Along with the courts of Delhi, the State Courts of Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Bihar have also rejected the FIR lodged against them.
