New Delhi: Around 84 percent of CEOs believe that India’s better days are ahead, while 89 percent are putting their trust in India’s growth story, says a survey report by PRCAI (Public Relations Consultants Association of India). The report, made in collaboration with Astrum Advisory, underscored the importance of reputation in India’s economic growth story and global leadership vision of ‘Vishwaguru’. The PRCAI survey was conducted among 123 CEOs across six cities.
The finding exhibits that CEOs see climate readiness, geopolitical positioning, digital innovation, and human capital of India as the biggest elements for global leadership. Additionally, the survey also recognised the importance of communication and reputation management as elemental tools in translating progress into global influence.
The study puts a light on the efforts made by the government to enable India’s global ascension and its geopolitical stature. The survey says 92 percent of CEOs believe in India’s global positioning as a strong leadership force, while 54 percent believe India is strategically and efficiently communicating to shape its image on a global stage.
The survey findings further said India, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is climbing upwards and moving strategically in the geopolitical and geoeconomical landscape. However, CEOs cautioned that policy discontinuity, AI and machine learning risk, and perception management around civic and environmental issues could derail the global confidence if not addressed timely.
‘The launch of our Brand India Reputation Report at PRana 2025 demonstrates the power of leadership in shaping narratives. Reputation today is not just communication; it is strategy. It determines trust in boardrooms, credibility in markets, and influence on the world stage.” said Kunal Kishore, President, PRCAI, as quoted by Financial Express.
