Phantom, a Belgian Malinois breed, was deployed in the region in August 2022. Phantom was an important part of many important missions. Phantom was born in May 2020. He was sent from the Remount Veterinary Corps Center of the Indian Army. In Akhnoor, he had detected hidden explosives during the search operation. This helped the soldiers to further strengthen the siege.
